Server upgrading

Here, we’re talking about server upgrades because they do them more than others. We received three notification emails on server upgrading since the year 2019.

So far, no serious issues have been identified; nonetheless, the server appears to be offline. But it was shortly rectified. In the event of a riot in the city or the weather, it is almost always caused by an internet service provider rather than the server. So no clue, if it was the server or the internet connection.

One error could be there, mostly the default settings. Like PHP selector by default applied to all new subdomains.

If you are running a site built with the Laravel framework, the PHP version may generate an error. We received a 500 error (database connection error). When I contacted customer service, they showed me the log file and claimed I needed to change the script because there was no server-side issue. Then we fixed the script, which had its PHP version modified to 8 when it should have been 7.
